Assembly OperativeLeicester LE3
£14.00 per hour
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07.30 - 16.00
Temp to perm
Immediate start available
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester LE3.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Identify and pick the correct parts
- Assemble parts according to engineering drawings
- Work with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
- Using hand-held and power tools to assemble the parts
- Identify and report defects
- Communicate with all departments effectively
- Experienced Assembly operative
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience working within an engineering company
- Experience in handling large/heavy sheet metal, including stainless steel
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
