Duties of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:

• Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, service delivery, and financial performance
• Support technicians in the service bays, performing minor fast-fit repairs and servicing when necessary
• Manage the front desk, including customer greetings, authorising work, and updating customers on vehicle progress
• Oversee workshop workload, control job cards and ensure efficient workflow
• Price work and invoice customers accurately
• Source and replenish parts and tyres, maintaining stock control
• Contribute to achieving sales and performance targets through excellent customer service
• Support administrative duties related to the smooth running of the centre
• Assist in motivating and leading the workshop team to deliver high standards of service

Requirements of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
• Good mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out minor repairs and servicing
• Previous experience in workshop leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to motivate a team and work towards targets
• Valid UK driving licence is essential
