Job Description:

RECfinancial are currently working with our client to recruit a Part Time Assistant Litigation Administrator.

This opportunity is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, along parts of Nottinghamshire.

The role:

• Managing customer accounts through the litigation and legal recovery process.
• Preparing and maintaining legal documentation and account records.
• Liaising with external enforcement agents and other third-party partners.
• Maintaining accurate ledger balances and bad debt provisions.
• Processing insurance and insolvency claims in accordance with company policies.
• Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries via telephone and email.
• Handling complex and sensitive customer cases, including supporting vulnerable customers.
• Processing invoices and associated documentation to ensure timely payment.
• Attending court hearings where required to support legal proceedings.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant legislation, company policies, and service standards.

Required experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative, legal support, collections, litigation, or customer service role.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with customers and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and case or account management systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
