What’s Needed

• Previous Assistant Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid

Your Role

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring build quality and progress
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Helping ensure the project is delivered to programme
