Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager

• Drive sales and performance across all KPI’s
• Take full ownership of the shopfloor, including planning and delivering promotions
• Lead from the front with a hands‑on, positive approach
• Maintain excellent merchandising standards and strong stock control
