Project solutions/ BID executive

Hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri (Office based)

Location: Stansted

Salary: Up to £30,000

We're looking for a Bid Executive to join our clients high-performing commercial team and play a key role in turning major project opportunities into secured business. This is a role for someone who loves solving problems with precision, thrives on detail, and understands how to translate complex customer needs into smart, workable technical solutions

What you'll be doing:

• Bid Development: Prepare accurate, tailored bid responses for major projects, collaborating with KAMs and other stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Understand client challenges and build technical solutions that fit their needs, their spec, and their budget.
• Spec Tracking: Work closely with the Specification Development Manager to monitor specifications released to tender and ensure alignment.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Own the details, ensuring technical content, pricing, compliance, and deadlines are spot-on.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical go-between for Sales, Engineering, and Commercial functions during the bid process.
• Process Improvement: Help shape and evolve our bid process as we scale.
