Business Analyst – Central Nottingham / Hybrid£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Business Analyst, who has a proven track record of success in a professional services business. You will be joining a market leading company, partnering with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas where efficiency can be improved. You will provide expert analysis, translate complex requirements and work with the team to deliver technical solutions.
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will range from benefits analysis, reviewing efficiencies, implementing improved operational processes, process documentation and much more. The organisation has a well-established culture of continuous improvement and you will help contribute to that, keeping aware of industry trends and emerging tech.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.

Experience / Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in the professional services e.g. finance, insurance, legal
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience eliciting and analysing business and system requirements
- Business process modelling / mapping
- Experience creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoW
- Developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts based on customer requirements
- The ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutions
- Agile / Waterfall
- Relevant professional certifications desirable
