Business Development ManagerUp to £60,000 + commission
Cambridge | Hybrid
We're working with an innovative EdTech SaaS business on a mission to make learning accessible to people who are often overlooked by traditional education.
Their platform supports learners with different learning styles and helps organisations deliver personalised education experiences that improve engagement and outcomes.
As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new relationships across the education sector, identifying opportunities with Multi Academy Trusts, Local Education Authorities, alternative education providers, and specialist learning environments.
Working directly with the CEO, you'll have significant autonomy to build a pipeline, open doors, and drive revenue growth. This is a consultative sales role that requires someone who can think strategically, engage senior stakeholders, and genuinely understand the challenges faced by educators and learners.
What we're looking for:
- Experience selling into education, EdTech, public sector or related markets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A consultative, empathetic approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Commercially driven with a genuine interest in improving educational outcomes
