💰 The Rewards

• Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE.
• Commission: Guaranteed up to £1,000 for the first 3 months.
• Earnings: Uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses.

📅 Your Day-to-Day

• 📞 Outreach: Promote outsourcing solutions to SME business owners and directors.
• 🗓️ Planning: Collaborate with your Manager on quarterly seminar plans to boost sales.
• 🌱 Leads: Self-generate new appointments and referrals through daily activity.
• 📈 Pipeline: Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline to smash quarterly targets.
