£45,000 - £55,000 + Inhouse Training + Flexible Hours + Progression

Are you a Buyer or similar from a construction background, looking for a varied position within an established construction company offering in-house training to boost your skill set, with flexible hours and achievable progression into senior positions?

On offer is the chance to join an established multidisciplinary construction company specialising in the food and drink sectors. Formed over 20 years ago, they have been going from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their skilled team.

In this role, you will be in charge of the purchasing function, buying anything from construction materials and refrigeration materials to plant hire and skips for the business. You will also be responsible for building relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, as well as liaising with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

This role would suit a Buyer or similar from a construction background, looking to join an established construction company, offering flexible working hours, with in-house training enabling you to technically progress, along with scalable career progression into senior roles.

The Role

• Sourcing materials, equipment and subcontract services from approved suppliers.
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Mon - Fri (Flexible hours)
