Cable Assembler/Solderer

Proactive Global is hiring for Cable Assemblers/Solderers to join a leading manufacturing company based in Corby, NN17.

Shift Timings : Mon- Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate : £13.45 - 15 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the cable assembly process, including soldering, as instructed by following printed assembly instruction documents
• Carry out quality control of cable assemblies following written instructional documents
• Adhere to safety standards by practicing safe working processes
• Keep work station neat and tidy and maintain tools/equipment properly
• Advise Cable Lead of any broken, incomplete parts, as well as inconsistencies/safety hazards.
• Transport connectors and cables from warehouse to assembly area
• Test all cables and place individual tested labels on "main" cables
