Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Advisor

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Accurately update customer records using internal systems.
- Process customer requests and follow company procedures.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Sales, retention or complaint handling experience.
- Experience working to KPIs or service level agreements.
