Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Earls Colne, Colchester

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to support the personal care needs of our residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times. You will help ensure that our care services maintain a consistently high standard and assist residents with day-to-day activities within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Promote residents’ dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and general support within the home.
• Maintain high standards of care and service.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents effectively.

Skills & Attributes:

• Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
