Care Support Worker – Help People Live Their Best Lives Every Day

Full Time (37.5 hours - £26,228 per annum) and Part Time (15 hours - £10,491 per annum) opportunities available

No previous care experience is required. If you have the right values, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support others, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Support people with personal care, health needs, and daily living tasks
  • Encourage independence, choice, hobbies, and community involvement
  • Build positive relationships with customers, families, and professionals
  • Help maintain safe, comfortable homes while keeping accurate records

What You'll Need

  • A kind, compassionate approach and a positive outlook
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts

A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential
