Are you an experienced Care & Support Worker with a passion for supporting people with ASD/ learning disabilities to live fulfilling, active and independent lives?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring people to join our team in the Cardiff area , supporting a 10 year old male to engage in daily play activities and provide his parents with respite.

Every day is different. You’ll support our clients with the things that matter to them, including:

• 🌳 Being outdoors, walking, other activities
• 🤝 Building positive, trusting relationships
• 📅 Developing routines and encouraging independence
• 🌍 Supporting clients to access their community and social activities
• 😊 Helping people try new experiences and enjoy the things they love

This is person-centred support , where your time, encouragement and positive attitude can make a real difference.

💷 What we offer

£16.50 per hour + holiday pay

Holiday pay is accrued up to 28 days per year, including bank holidays .

💙 Dedicated Candidate Liaison Officer – providing all-round support throughout your onboarding journey, from your first contact through to starting your role.

📋 Dedicated Coordinator – available to support you with the day-to-day aspects of your role and help keep things running smoothly.

🩺 24-hour Clinician Support – access to a clinician 24 hours a day for professional guidance and support whenever you need it.

🕐 Flexible Hours Available

We have part-time positions available across Weekdays and Weekends .
