We are currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care organisation for caring and reliable Care Workers to support elderly clients in their own homes across the Weybridge area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in care. Full training, ongoing support and opportunities for progression are available.

• £13.11 per hour Monday–Friday

• £13.38 per hour at weekends

• 45p per mile mileage allowance

The role

As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to elderly clients in their own homes. This may include:

• Personal care and support with daily living

• Meal preparation

• Companionship and social support

• Medication support following appropriate training

• Light household duties

• Supporting clients to maintain their independence

• Providing respectful and compassionate care

Requirements

Due to the nature of the role, you must have your own reliable means of transport to travel between clients' homes.

This can include:

• 🚗 Car

• 🛵 Scooter or moped

• 🚲 Bike / e-bike

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
