Cambridge | Salary up to £36,000 per annum

40 hours per week | Every other weekend off

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Chef de Partie to join a professional catering team in Cambridge.

You’ll work alongside a talented team, delivering quality food for a varied clientele, with the opportunity to take ownership of your section and develop your skills.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and delivering consistently great food.

You will:

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish meets high standards.

• Prepare, cook and present fresh, high-quality food.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.

• Help manage stock, control waste and keep the kitchen organised.

• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a chef who cares about quality, enjoys working as part of a team and wants to keep learning.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a Chef de Partie.

• A genuine passion for fresh food and great cooking.

• The confidence to manage your own section.

• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

• A recognised food hygiene qualification.

• A flexible approach to working hours, including alternate weekends.
