Children's Homes Team Leader

Locations: Hinckley, Leicestershire & Darlington, County Durham
Salary: £39,680 – £46,944 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential childcare services.

We currently have Team Leader opportunities available in both Hinckley and Darlington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential childcare professional to take the next step in their leadership career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

The Role

As Team Leader, you will:

• Support the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and mentor Residential Support Workers
• Build strong relationships with young people
• Promote safeguarding and high-quality care standards
• Support behaviour management and care planning
• Deputise for senior managers when required

What We OfferSalary & Earnings

• Base salary: £35,400 – £42,664
• Up to 3 sleep-ins per month (£80 per sleep)
• Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year
• £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)
• £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
• Full UK driving licence (12+ months)
• Experience in residential childcare
• Strong leadership skills
• Commitment to improving young people’s lives
