Children’s Panel Solicitor

Location:  Leicester

Our well established client is seeking a Children’s Panel Solicitor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

As Children’s Panel Solicitor will have the ability to offer clear, practical advice while offering compassionate support. The successful Children’s Panel Solicitor will have strong advocacy experience and a passion for the work you do and the impact this has on society.

Key responsibilities:

• Working across a wide range of childcare legal proceedings including:

• Care proceedings
• EPO’s
• Special guardianship and adoption matters
• Private law applications to include rule 16.4 instructions
• Separate representation of competent children.

Key Skills/ Experience:

• 5+ years’ PQE

• Experience across Care proceedings, EPO’s, special guardianship and adoption
