Civil Technician

Job description

We are recruiting a Civil Technician to join a growing civil engineering consultancy working on exciting projects across the UK and internationally.

This is a great opportunity for a technically minded Civil Technician looking to develop their career within a collaborative design environment, working across civil engineering, infrastructure and highways projects. You will support the delivery of civil engineering designs from concept through to construction, working closely with engineers, designers and other project stakeholders.

Your Role as Civil Technician Will Include:

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings.

• Support the design of roads, drainage, highways and infrastructure.

• Work with engineers to develop practical and buildable design solutions.

• Use AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D to produce and amend drawings.

The Ideal Civil Technician Will Have:

• Experience working as a Civil Technician / Site Technician or similar role.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D or similar

• Experience producing civil engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Understanding of highways, drainage and infrastructure design
