🚧 CIVILS SITE MANAGER – CUMBRIA 🚧

MHC are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a growing team on a long-term project in Cumbria.

📍 Location: Cumbria
💰 Salary: £55,000 per annum
🚗 Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum
🏠 Digs Allowance: Up to £1,000 per month
📅 Start: ASAP
📈 Duration: Long-term / Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects, who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations.

✅ Proven Civils Site Management experience
✅ CSCS & SMSTS
✅ Strong understanding of H&S and RAMS
✅ Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills

💰 £55,000 salary + £5,000 car allowance + up to £1,000 monthly digs allowance
