Job Description:

HGV Class 1 Night Drivers
Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our client’s premises in Derby on an ongoing / temp – perm / 5 on 3 off basis with immediate starts available. 

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:
•    Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle.
•    Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot. 
•    Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
•    Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:
•    CE licence with a minimum of 1 year experience. 
•    Full UK Driving Licence.
•    No more than 6 points.
•    DIGI and CPC Card.

Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role:
•    Competitive hourly rate - £17.36PH - £35.03PH including paid breaks
•    5 on 3 off shift on a temp – perm basis or you can get the same shift staying on agency.
•    Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking.
•    Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less.
•    No handball
•    Brand new equipment, including new Mercedes trucks
