Cleaning Operative – Bridgwater | £13.00 per Hour

Location: Bridgwater Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Dress Code: Smart casual clothing and enclosed footwear

Are you reliable, hardworking and take pride in delivering high standards? We are looking for Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Bridgwater.

⭐ What You'll Be Doing

As a Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning designated areas to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Cleaning, maintaining and storing equipment correctly.
• Responding to customer and public requests in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
• ✅ Following site procedures and ensuring all cleaning standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
• Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
• A good communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to support the needs of the site.
• Experienced in cleaning — previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Full site training will be provided.

Dress Code

Workers must attend site wearing smart casual clothing and enclosed footwear.
