Cleaning Supervisor – Redditch

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Position: Temporary, with a view to permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a school site in Redditch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the cleaning operation.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable and organised with good attention to detail
• Able to lead and motivate a small team
• Enhanced DBS required due to the role being based within a school
