Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced administrators with a solid pensions or personal wealth background to take genuine ownership of a client portfolio and be the name our client’s trust.

What you'll be doing as Client Relationship Manager:

• managing and administering a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients - SIPP, SASS and personal clients - as the primary point of contact.
• building strong relationships with clients, listening carefully to identify their needs and ensuring they're always well looked after
• handling client queries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with accuracy and care
• partnering with consultants to keep client accounts running smoothly - from preparing documents and managing workflows to coordinating meetings and following up on actions
• supporting vulnerable clients in line with internal guidelines, ensuring their interests are always protected

What we're looking for from the Client Relationship Manager:

• solid experience in financial services, specifically in pension administration (SIPP or SASS) or personal wealth management - this is essential, not optional
• the kind of communication skills that put clients at ease - clear, professional, and genuinely attentive
• high attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of a varied, fast-moving workload - because our clients notice when things are done well
• a proactive, organised approach and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
