£19p/hr (£15.70p/hr during initial training)

Urgent: Full Time

We are looking for experienced CNC setter/operators who are looking to expand their skills, learn new machines and can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and aerospace company in Wigston.

 Initially you will be operating machinery, to produce high end intricate aerospace components, learning how to set multi axis CNC grinders, or EDM machines over 1 – 2 years.

Shift Rotation 

Days – Monday – Thursday 05:45 – 13:45 & Friday 05:45 – 10:45

Afternoon – Monday – Thursday 13:45 – 21:45 & Friday 10:45 – 15:45

Nights – Monday – Thursday 21:45 – 05:45 & Friday 15:45 – 20:45

To be considered

• As long as you have a background as a CNC setter/operator on either CNC milling, turning or grinding machines, working with metal components to tight tolerances then you will receive full training.
• Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 – 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift. While training you will be on £15.70 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £19.
• Able to accurately use manual micrometers, and be flexible enough to work the rotating shift pattern.
