CNC Setter/ Turner (Afternoon Shift) Wanted - Immediate Start!

Leicester | £13.50/hour + 15% Shift Allowance (Effective Rate: £15.53/hour)

Permanent, Full-Time

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter/ Turner to join a market leading precision engineering company based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing organisation, ensuring high quality precision engineering while maximising production efficiency on our state of the art machinery.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter and Operator (specifically Turning/ Lathes)
• Ability to read and accurately interpret technical engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work
• A reliable, self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent afternoon shift environment

Desirable:

• Familiarity with specific controls (Fanzuc, Mazatrol or Siemens)  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning machines to produce high quality, precision components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, geometric tolerances and specifications
• Perform first off and in process inspections using standard measuring equipment to ensure quality compliance  

Requirements

As a CNC Setter/ Turner, you will also be expected to:

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace in line with company health and safety policies
