THE ROLE:

The role of Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will play a key role within the firm, and you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property issues.
• Draft and review contracts, leases and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title investigations.
• Liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Stay abreast of changes in property law and regulations.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Conveyancing. You need to have strong knowledge of commercial property law and conveyancing procedures and be an excellent communicator.
