ER Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client, is a well-established and ambitious organisation operating within the hospitality and events sector. With an exceptional reputation for delivering memorable customer experiences, they are now seeking a commercially minded leader to oversee their Sales Office, strengthen reporting and processes, and develop a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities of the Commercial Office Manager:
- Lead, coach and develop a small Sales Office team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Produce accurate commercial reporting, forecasting and management information for senior leadership and business owners.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing, mapping and implementing efficient processes and workflows across the commercial function.
- Own the integrity of CRM data, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and compliance with agreed standards.
- Build strong relationships across departments, improving communication and ensuring seamless delivery between Sales and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and ways of working, using technology and automation where appropriate.
About You as the Commercial Office Manager:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Office Manager, Sales Operations, Commercial Support or Sales Office leadership role.
- Strong commercial reporting, forecasting and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and CRM experience.
- A confident people leader who can motivate others, manage performance and hold individuals accountable.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, systems and business performance.
Additional Benefits:
- £50,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonus (OTE up to £60,000).
- 28 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
- Statutory pension scheme.
- Monday to Friday, office-based role (9.00am–5.00pm).
