Job Description:

Commercial Services Coordinator

£30,000 - £34,000

Location: Coalville

The role will be predominantly office/site based. 

Our client is an FMCG Fresh produce business.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing trading relationships and order fulfilment performance
• Follow up new business opportunities and own the implementation cycle
• Take responsibility for new product communication and price changes
• Act as link between customer and internal functions
• Conduct review of customer portfolio and customer sales review to identify potential sales opportunities

Person specification

• Manufacturing Customer Service experience
• Food Industry background preferred, ideally produce but certainly FMCG
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet with existing/new customers as required.
• Dynamic and flexible problem solver

Initially this role is viewed as a being a Senior Administrator but may develop into a more senior role based on the performance and drive of the job holder.
