Location: Thatcham
Pay Rate: £14.79 per hour PAYE
Pay Parity: Pay parity with the client's own drivers
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Start Date: Immediate start available

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Confidential Waste Van Driver based in Thatcham.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering £14.79 per hour PAYE, with pay parity with the client's own drivers.

The Role

As a Confidential Waste Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving a company van to collect confidential waste from customers and sites.
• Returning collected waste safely to the depot.
• Assisting with the secure disposal and processing of confidential waste on site.
• Loading and unloading waste as required.
• Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.
• Completing all duties in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence – essential.
• No criminal record – essential due to the nature of the role.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and loading/unloading duties.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Previous van driving experience is preferred but not essential.
