Job description
Construction Manager | Airport Project | Glasgow | Inside IR35
An experienced Construction Manager is required to join a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a major airport infrastructure project in Glasgow.
We are looking for someone with a strong background delivering heavy civil engineering works on major infrastructure projects, ideally within aviation or another complex operational environment.
Key requirements:
- Construction Manager experience on heavy civils projects
- Tier 1 main contractor background
- Strong site and subcontractor management experience
- Experience delivering major infrastructure work packages
- Excellent health, safety and quality standards
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, RAMS and temporary works
- Airport / aviation experience advantageous
- Relevant civil engineering or construction qualifications
Location: Glasgow
Contract: Inside IR35
