Job Role: Contract Maintenance Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Contract Length: 3 - 6 months
Pay Rate: up to £40.00 per hour DOE
Benefits: Contract position - Ltd or PAYE

The Company:

A manufacturing company looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Manager to support its maintenance operations for an initial 3-month contract.

The Contract Maintenance Manager Role:

The company is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with a strong mechanical background and electrical knowledge to support the maintenance of industrial machinery, minimise downtime and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

The Candidate:

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience, with an approximate 70% mechanical / 30% electrical skill set.
• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience with injection moulding machines or other heavy machinery operating at high temperatures is desirable.
• Confident carrying out fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of relevant wiring regulations and the ability to meet electrical compliance requirements for insurance purposes.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and safe working practices.

Contract Details:

• Contract of approximately 3-6 months.
• Open to candidates working through their own Ltd company or PAYE.
