Our client is a highly regarded construction and fit-out contractor delivering new build, refurbishment and interior fit-out projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and support the continued growth of the business.

Contracts Manager roles and responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors across a portfolio of projects.
• Monitor programme performance, project costs, quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Drive health & safety compliance and ensure company standards are maintained across all sites.

Contracts Manager requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction, fit-out or refurbishment sectors.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, planning and project delivery.
• SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Contracts Manager benefits
