The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management / Contract management within high volume recruitment 

• Have experience of registering, interviewing and Job matching candidates

• Previous record of managing high volume sites

• Be able to demonstrate use of KPI’s

• Have the ability to hold daily meetings with onsite personnel

• Experience of managing high volume accounts.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Highly organized
• Self-motivated, energetic, Proactive, passionate, and driven

• Flexible
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Fully competent with the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure.
