JOB TITLE: Corporate Receptionist

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £13ph

TERM: Temporary

HOURS: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this successful multi-site business in recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist. Their modern offices are based in Maidstone, close to the M20 with free parking onsite. This is a temporary role starting immediately, however they are also recruiting permanently so this could lead to something longer term.

The duties in your new role would be:

• Based on a corporate reception desk
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients
• Meeting and greeting in a highly professional manner
• Answering calls to the office switchboard
• Administration support for the team as needed
• Helping to arrange and set up client lunches
• Topping up kitchen and stationery supplies
• Making refreshments, room bookings and helping staff when needed
• Postal and filing duties
