Job Title; Counterbalance FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative 

Salary; £13.50 per hour

Shift Pattern; Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8.00pm, overtime available 

Location; South Luffenham, Rutland

We are currently recruiting for a distribution company based in Rutland, Leicestershire. These opportunities offer the chance of long term work within a large established family run business.

The Counterbalance FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative  Role;

• General warehousing duties 70% 
• Loading and unloading of goods using counterbalance FLT
• Working as part of a team
• Manual work getting off and on the trucks 
• Shift patterns offered Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 8.00pm

The Counterbalance FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative Candidate;

• Current FLT Counterbalance licence is required
• Previous FLT experience essential
• Highly motivated and driven
• Good communication skills as working within a team
• Flexibility on hours is required
• Due to remote location own transport is desirable
