Evolve are partnering with a leading aesthetics business specialising in innovative medical aesthetic technologies and solutions to appoint a Country Manager for the UK. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader to take full ownership of the UK operation, with responsibility for driving growth, profitability, market development and team performance. With significant autonomy to shape strategy and influence the future direction of the business, the role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact within an established, internationally recognised organisation operating in a dynamic and fast-growing market.

This is a full-time national position with frequent travel to our clients’ head office in Derbyshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Country Manager

• Proven commercial leadership – A senior business leader with a strong track record of driving growth, ideally at Country Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, Commercial Director or senior sales level.
• Strong commercial and financial ownership – Experienced in P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, with a proven ability to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• A high-performing team builder – An inspiring leader who can develop talented teams and create a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking – Able to identify opportunities, shape strategy and turn ideas into action in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
• Strong industry and stakeholder credibility – Ideally experienced in aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, dermatology or a related sector, with the ability to build trusted relationships at every level.

Role Responsibilities for the Country Manager

• Own and shape the UK business strategy – Lead the UK market strategy, translating the global vision into ambitious plans that drive sustainable growth, market share and profitability.
• Lead commercial growth and performance – Own the UK P&L and lead the sales organisation to deliver revenue and profitability targets, identifying new markets, channels and partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Build and elevate the brand – Lead the UK go-to-market strategy, launching new products, technologies and services while strengthening the brand’s position and impact across the market.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team – Provide visible, entrepreneurial leadership, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while developing talent for future growth.
• Be the voice of the UK globally – Act as the senior UK representative to Clarion Medical Technologies’ global leadership team, sharing UK market insight while bringing global best practice and innovation to the business.
