We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors to support their excellent secondary academies. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced youth workers looking for classroom experience without the responsibility of planning and marking.

• The Roundhill Academy (Anstey)

• Wreake Valley Academy (Syston)

• Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people is essential (e.g., in schools, coaching, youth clubs, or camp leadership).

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, confidence standing in front of a class, and strong behavior management.

• Role Expectations: You will be responsible for overseeing pre-set work left by the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task in a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Qualifications: A degree or formal childcare qualification is desirable but not essential—attitude and experience are key!
