Labourer – Groundworks Site Support

Location: Southam

We’re recruiting a reliable labourer to support groundworkers on site as a project approaches completion. The role will focus on helping the groundworks team and keeping the site clean and tidy before they finish.

Responsibilities

• Assist groundworkers with general tasks as directed.
• Help keep work areas clear, clean and organised.
• Support site clean-up as the project comes to an end.
• Follow site instructions and health and safety requirements.

What we’re looking for

• A reliable, hardworking person who can work as part of a team.
• A practical approach and willingness to help with general site duties.
• Previous labouring or construction-site experience is useful, but not essential if you’re willing to learn.
