Customer Operations & Systems Coordinator

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: 12-month FTC - Maternity Cover
Potential: Opportunity to become permanent as the business grows

The Opportunity

SF Partners are working with a growing manufacturing business going through an exciting period of transformation and investment.

We are looking for a Customer Operations & Systems Coordinator who combines excellent customer service with strong ERP experience and a proactive, can-do approach.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. Alongside supporting customers and managing orders, you'll be involved in new systems, improved processes and wider transformation projects across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery.
• Use ERP systems to manage workflows, orders and data accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, logistics, warehousing, sales and finance.
• Help resolve customer and operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Support the implementation and improvement of systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the customer experience.
• Get involved in transformation projects and help embed new ways of working.
• What We're Looking For
• ERP experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Customer service, customer operations or order management experience.
• Confident and professional customer communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and wants to make a difference.

You don't need to be an ERP programmer or technical specialist - we're looking for someone who knows how to use systems effectively and is keen to help improve them.
