Customer Service Administrator

£13.50 Per Hour
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join a busy team based in Desborough, NN14.
The role will involve answering emails (internal and external), dealing with customer and colleague queries and resolving effectively in a good timeframe. You will; be expected to collate accurate information on the systems.
You will be based in a busy transport hub where you will be responsible checking deliveries have cleared and investigate missing deliveries as well as chasing outstanding deliveries and liaising with the depots.
Days & Hours Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
Main Duties - Answering emails from both internal and external personnel
- Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments
- Meeting client and customer expectations
- Resolving customer and client queries
- Providing reports in a timely manner
- Checking deliveries have cleared on the system and investigate any issues
- Chase outstanding deliveries
About You- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using SAP
- IT literate; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good geographical knowledge
- Conscientious and hard-working
- Reliable with good timekeeping
