Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time ongoing temporary contract.

Job Role:

• Responding to customer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful manner
• Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
• Following company policies and procedures
• Managing customer accounts, including upselling and retention opportunities
• Handling difficult enquiries professionally
• Staying up to date with products, systems, and processes to provide accurate information

Skills and experience:

• Must be able to pass Credit and DBS check
• Experience in customer services or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
