Membership Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Membership Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive organisation on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys helping people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As a Membership Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing professional and efficient support via phone, email and online enquiries. You will assist with membership queries, process applications and renewals, maintain accurate records and ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.

• Process new membership applications, renewals and account updates.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.

• Provide information on membership benefits, services and processes.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Support administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or membership support role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems.

• A professional, positive and friendly approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• A team player with a proactive attitude.
