Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Denbighshire
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Break: 1 hour unpaid
Job Type: Temporary / Long-term opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Denbighshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident handling calls and is comfortable working on a computer. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach are essential.
The Role:
- Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate information
- Dealing with queries, problems and requests efficiently
- Updating customer records and information on computer systems
- Processing information accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Previous customer service or telephone-based experience is desirable
- Confident and professional when speaking on the phone
- Good computer skills and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging calls
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
