£26,000 per annum (equivalent)

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join a successful and growing business in Wetherby on a temporary basis until the end of the year, with the potential for further opportunities afterwards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or aftersales experience who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and providing excellent support to customers.

The role will focus on handling customer calls and enquiries, providing aftersales support and resolving queries relating to orders, deliveries and products. You will work closely with internal teams and couriers to resolve issues quickly and ensure customers receive a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer calls and responding to customer enquiries.

• Providing aftersales support and resolving customer queries.

• Dealing with order, delivery and product-related issues.

• Liaising with internal teams and couriers to investigate and resolve problems.

• Keeping customers updated on outstanding queries and deliveries.

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.

• Building positive customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, aftersales or customer support.

• Confident handling telephone enquiries and resolving customer issues.

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive, positive approach with good attention to detail.

• Able to work well as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
