Moon Moments is recruiting Customer Service Representatives for our Manchester client, who represents a range of well-known charities in the area. You'll be the friendly face of those charities in the places people work, shop and live, starting real conversations, building connections and signing up new supporters for causes that matter.

What you'll be doing

• Starting conversations with members of the public across Manchester and sharing the story behind each charity

• Building quick, genuine rapport and turning interest into long-term support

• Working towards daily and weekly targets alongside a supportive team

• Representing well-known charity brands professionally and with energy

What you'll get

• Total earnings of £1,935 to £2,000 per month, made up of a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission (commission starts after a four-week probationary period)
