Day Shift Warehouse Operatives

Ongoing, temporary positon - temp-perm opportunities available for standout workers! 

Pay rates: £12.71 p/h weekdays, £13.71 p/h for Sat/Sun when this is a set shift. 

Overtime is paid between x1.25-x1.5.

*Please note during 'peak' from the 16/11/26 there is also an extra £1.00 per hour attendence bonus for full weekly attendence, therefore rates of pay will be £13.71-£14.71 p/h*

Available set shifts:

07:00-15:30 Monday-Friday (40 hours)

07:00-17:45 Wednesday-Saturday (40 hours)

07:00-17:45 Sunday-Wednesday (40 hours)

SolviT are currently hiring for efficient, hardworking warehouse operatives to join a for a logistics business in the Magna Park area!

This is a super modern site and you will play a key role in the distribution of luxury cosmetics.

Your duties will include:

• Picking using hand scanners
• Packing and labelling
• Basic use of a SAP computer system 

No specific warehouse experience requires, all you need to be considered is:

• Be local to Lutterworth OR have your own transport. 
• A great attitude and be an excellent team player
• Able to work on your feet for 40 hours per week - although this role is NOT manual, this role will include A LOT of steps! 
• Reliable and punctual

Most importantly, this site will offer you:
