Dealership Accountant

Job description

The Recruitment Solution are looking for a qualified accounting professional with strong leadership skills and experience within a dealership or automotive retail environment. To work for this excellent main dealer group, at their Head Office based in the Coventry area.
Essential Skills & Experience
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
3-6 years' post-qualification experience in a financial accounting role.
Strong experience of month-end, year-end and financial reporting processes.
Detailed knowledge of dealership accounting and dealership operations.
Working knowledge of the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS).
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
Positive, proactive and collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
