Demolition Project / Site Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to join an award-winning and highly reputable specialist contractor delivering projects across the UK.

The business specialises in demolition, enabling works, earthworks and remediation, with a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, residential and industrial sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing demolition projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing demolition, enabling and associated site activities
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and plant
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project requirements
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
• Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, quality and site documentation
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion

Requirements

• Previous experience managing demolition projects
• Black CCDO Card
• SMSTS
• Strong knowledge of demolition/site health & safety
• Confident managing site teams and subcontractors
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work nationwide as projects require

• £45,000 – £65,000, depending on experience
